Scrapbooking
Mar. 19th, 2014 08:45 pmI had never scrap booked before today. Well I helped with one when a coworker left. But today I got to make my own at a scrapbook event at work.
The first step was earlier in the month as I made flyers to advertise it. Then I had to decide what to make my own about. I chose to focus on pictures of my figurines and other mementos I have collected since I was little. Had a photoshoot this weekend.
Then I went over to a friend's house so she could print them. That was a lot of work but worth it. Then I bought my own scrapbook from a craft store. Now supplies were donated but I am picky.
We had adhesive tape and pretty paper and pre-cut out construction paper. Corner rounders and those special scissors with shapes. I had printed out text explaining the photos. I got all the pages done except for stickers I want to add. Maybe some stamps too.
I was at this for over five hours. I am crafted out. But I had fun.
