I nod my head when he looks expectantly at me. I'm still tired, and
not quite sure what he's even talking about. I think he's asking
for approval for a new scientific project of some sort. The way
he's explaining it, it sounds like an assembly line for the atlantis
tech we find. Each scientist quickly analyzes it for one aspect,
and so on. Then at the end of the line, Sheppard turns the darn
thing on and it gets analyzed again. Oh good. He's done now. I
shake his hand, wishing him good luck. As he leaves I check my
nifty Atlantis time clock and sees that the meeting only took 35
minutes. It felt like two hours. I get up from my desk and move to
the small table and pour myself a cup of artificial coffee. Gah. I
miss chocolate. Hot chocolate would taste so good right now. I
suppose I have time to finish some of these reports and eat
breakfast before my briefing with SA-2. The day has only started.
Lets hope it continues to move this slow.
