New written works

For those of you who have been wondering what I write besides fanfiction, I can tell you that I have two creative nonfiction pieces plus my play just posted to my other livejournal, kristine_travel This livejournal also contains short fiction stories as well as poetry, plus earlier on an essay on fairies in folktales. My only warning is that none of it is behind a cut, so it may take time to load.

Hi, hope you don't mind me popping over, but I saw you had written stuff about faeries in folktales, so I had to take a look (and will come back later and read). That's one of my big interests, and apart from Primeval fanfic, most of my writing has been a series of novels (two full ones completed so far) and two part through, including faeries and similar stuff. I've friended both your sites, so I can find my way back (I lose people/things if I don't!), so I hope that's OK.

I friended you back. For my original stuff, I'm slowly putting them on this lj, so you should be able to see them now that I've added you to my friend's list. The essay on faeries was for an extended essay I needed to do in English for IB in high school. It probably needs a lot of editing, but I'm still happy with the content and analysis I did. You'll find some stories that I've written with fairies in them. I don't know Primeval so I probably won't read those fics of yours, but I'd love to read any of your original work if you didn't mind.

I'll read the essay with interest. Might need to be after I'm back from holiday unless we do have internet connection there.

You'll need to flip back through my LJ, ignorning the Primeval stuff and random-ass posts, to find the ones labelled Moonlight Shadow. I think I tried to remember to use the White Owl userpic for those. It's a sort of prequel to the two novels, as I wanted to fix aome background and characters in my mind before I went much further in Book 3. There are a few more chapters I can load if you do find it interesting, but its very much a work in progress.

I'll certainly be interested to read your original stuff.
